A video of Sunil Soni, BJP candidate for Raipur South by-election in Chhattisgarh, is going viral on social media, in which Sunil Soni is seen hugging a Muslim man and kissing his forehead. BJP had called it fake. Congress held a press conference today regarding this matter. Mohammad Shoaib, who was seen in the viral video, was also present in this press conference. Politics is going on regarding the video for the last two days. In this matter Mohammad Shoaib said that this video is not fake. This happened to me. I don’t have any objection to this video.
Giving complete information about the video, Mohammad Shoaib said that we met Sunil Soni in the vegetable market in 2019. After that came paper photo. I was told that if someone had taken such a photo then the photo would have been posted. I had no idea. Our photo-video is going viral since two-three days. Many of our people and relatives come and ask, why is it going viral, what is the matter, whereas I have no knowledge about this matter. Then I told that Sunil Soni’s photo was taken in the vegetable market while he was meeting her. During this, Sunil Soni hugged and kissed his forehead and I congratulated him.
Mohammad Shoaib told that this video is not fake. This happened to me. I don’t have any objection to this video. I meet everyone. I have also met the Chief Minister. I used to go to his place also. I also had a meeting with Dilip Singh Judev. I have met many leaders. I have gone to work. His sons had come from visiting. Yudhveer Singh had gone here. I have been associated with these people for a long time and there is no such thing.
BJP leaders have complained in the police station
Let us tell you that politics is going on in Chhattisgarh for the last two days regarding the viral video. Regarding this matter, a large number of leaders including senior BJP MLA Ajay Chandrakar and former MLA Shivratan Sharma had also complained to the Civil Line police station regarding the video. After the complaint, FIR was registered against the head of Congress Media. After that, today senior Congress leaders held a press conference, in which all the things were revealed based on the video. Many leaders including former minister Ravindra Choubey, former MLA Dhanendra Sahu, head of communication department Sushil Anand Shukla, former MLA Satyanarayan Sharma were present in this press conference.
