    A grand Vijaya Dashami festival was celebrated in Raipur at the WRS Colony grounds. The event was marked by the presence of Chhattisgarh Governor Ramen Deka and Chief Minister Vishnu Deo Sai. The audience enjoyed the burning of Ravana and a captivating fireworks display, relishing the festivities that continued late into the night. Governor Ramen Deka remarked that the Vijaya Dashami festival provides an opportunity for self-reflection. He appealed to everyone to take a pledge to discard ego and negative traits, and to play an active role in the advancement of society and the nation. Chief Minister Vishnu Deo Sai addressed the crowd, stating that the festival of Dussehra conveys the message of the victory of good over evil, truth over falsehood, and righteousness over unrighteousness. This occasion encourages everyone to abandon negative thoughts and behaviors, and to embrace the path of righteousness. The celebration was attended by Agriculture Minister Ramvichar Netam, MLA Purandar Mishra, and a host of other dignitaries, organizers, and devotees.
