Unique marriage in Bastar: In order to save the environment, many environmental lovers have launched a campaign and are constantly trying to make people aware. In such a situation, a journalist from Bastar has set such an example that you will also be inspired by hearing.

This unique wedding held in Bastar was completely plastic free. It started with unique invitation! The invitation card of this marriage was not printed on any paper but on a handkerchief. Yes! This handkerchief is completely cleaned on washing, which does not cause any harm to the environment. Expensive cards are usually printed which later become useless. But the thinking of this family set a unique example of environmental protection.

There was no use of plastic even during marriage. Glasses of glass were used for water and a plate made of Milamine was used instead of disposable plates, besides the soil cup, ie ax, was used for tea and coffee.

In the return gift, the guests who came to the wedding were not given expensive shows, but oxygen plants. The family requested all the guests to plant this plant in their name and contribute to keeping the environment safe.

Boycott of firecrackers and plastic bottles

Not only this, no crackers were burnt in this marriage, due to which noise and air pollution was reduced. Only glass glasses were used instead of water plastic bottles.

The bride-groom Ashutosh Prakanksha said that we wanted that our marriage should not be just an opportunity for happiness, but also a message for the society. Protecting the environment is the responsibility of all of us! Vinod Tiwari, the elder brother of the same family, said that we thought why not start a new tradition, which became inspiring for generations to come?

This unique marriage proved that if the thinking is changed, then major changes are possible. This initiative is a small, but effective attempt to make the society aware of environmental protection.
