    A trip to Ujjain turned tragic for a group of friends from Indore, as six of them died in a car accident in Chhattisgarh. The group was on their way to Odisha after visiting the Mahakal Temple in Ujjain when the accident occurred near Chirchari village in the Rajnandgaon district. Their car veered off the road, crossed the divider, and collided head-on with a truck. The impact was fatal, claiming the lives of six occupants of the car. The driver was seriously injured. The deceased, all residents of Indore, were traveling in an Ertiga. The police reported that the driver may have fallen asleep at the wheel, causing the vehicle to lose control. The injured driver, Sagar Yadav, is receiving treatment at a hospital. The police have registered a case and are conducting a thorough investigation into the incident. The SP of Rajnandgaon, Rahul Dev, confirmed that the deceased’s families have been notified.
