A recent case has come to light in Takhatpur in Bilaspur district, where a shady tree has been cut in the dark of night near State Bank of India. Hundreds of people come and go here every day. Those who used to come from the work of the bank used to stay under that shady tree to escape the heat and breathe a sigh of relief.
Electricity department under suspicion
