Raipur, July 17, 2025/ Assembly Speaker Dr. Raman Singh has said that today’s day has been one that has hurt parliamentary tradition for our Chhattisgarh Legislative Assembly. On the one hand, we are talking about our parliamentary pride and glorious history in the silver jubilee year, while on the other hand, the opposition MLAs, after entering the well, instead of going out of the House even after self-suspension, have torn apart the traditions of the assembly by raising slogans and have worked to flout the rules.

The Speaker of the Assembly said that after this behavior of the opposition, I had to postpone the question hour process with extreme regret, that question hour which is directly related to the issues of the people of Chhattisgarh. Obstructing it is an extremely sad conduct by the opposition.
