A major road accident has caused widespread grief in the region. The incident unfolded near Kukrel, at the Makardona मोड़, where a motorcycle collided with a truck that was stopped on the side of the road. The collision led to the instant deaths of three young men at the scene. Upon learning of the incident, the police and an ambulance team immediately reached the site and transported the injured to the District Hospital in Dhamtari. Doctors at the hospital pronounced all three dead. The deceased have been identified as Domeswar Netam, a resident of Bazar Kurridih and a CAF soldier; Divas Dhruv, also from Bazar Kurridih; and Paleshwar Yadav, who resided in Piperchhedi. Information revealed that Domeswar Netam was serving in the CAF and had recently returned home on leave. The three were reportedly returning to their village after completing some work in Dhamtari. Their motorcycle collided with the parked truck at the Makardona मोड़, resulting in a tragic loss. The accident has left the village and the surrounding area in a state of mourning. The families of the deceased are in deep sorrow. Dhamtari police have launched an investigation into the matter and are questioning the truck driver.
