Theft in teacher’s house in Raipur, thieves broke the lock and took away gold and silver jewellery.

Raipur. Thieves raided the house of a female teacher in the capital Raipur and ran away with gold and silver jewellery. The teacher had gone to her mother’s house to sleep at night. During this time the thief took advantage of the abandoned house. The crime was committed by breaking the lock of the house. This case is of Kabir Nagar police station area. On the complaint of the applicant, the police have registered a case and are searching for the thieves.

According to the information received from Kabir Nagar Police, Shipni Ganguly has lodged a complaint of theft in the police station. He has told that he is a teacher in a private school. On October 26, at 8 pm, she went to her mother’s house and then stayed there. When she returned the next morning, the cupboard and door of the house were broken.

The thief stole jewelery like a gold chain bangle, a silver necklace set and earrings from the house. Apart from this, he also stole binoculars and DSLR cameras. According to the applicant, the woman’s goods worth about Rs 1 lakh were stolen. In this case, the police have registered an FIR and are searching for the thief.
