A delegation of Panchayat officers of Bijapur district, led by means of Bijapur MLA Shri Vikram Mandavi, met Leader Minister Bhupesh Baghel at his place of abode administrative center right here this night. The delegation thanked the Leader Minister for expanding the honorarium of the administrative center bearers of Zila Panchayat, Janpad Panchayat and Gram Panchayats and for the availability of Zilla Panchayat Construction Fund and Janpad Panchayat Construction Fund Scheme. The delegation offered a picket statue of the tribal Dol dance of Bastar to Leader Minister Mr. Baghel. Leader Minister Mr. Baghel took knowledge from the Panchayat officers referring to distribution of wooded area rights rent, Rajiv Gandhi Kisan Nyay Yojana and different govt schemes, infrastructure development and construction works in Bijapur district.
It’s noteworthy that within the funds, the honorarium of Zilla Panchayat Presidents has been higher from Rs.15 thousand to Rs.25 thousand, that of Zila Panchayat Vice-Presidents from Rs.10,000 to Rs.15 thousand and that of Zila Panchayat participants from Rs.6 thousand to Rs.10,000 per 30 days. In a similar fashion, honorarium of Janpad Panchayat Presidents higher from Rs.6 thousand to Rs.10 thousand, honorarium of Janpad Panchayat Vice-Presidents higher from Rs.4 thousand to Rs.6 thousand and that of Janpad Panchayat participants from Rs.1500 to Rs.5 thousand and Sarpanch’s allowance higher from Rs.2 thousand to Rs.4 thousand. The allowance of Rs. and Panches has been higher from Rs. 200 to Rs. 500 per 30 days.
