Raipur. Congress national spokesperson Supriya Shrinet has described the Naxalites killed in the encounter as martyrs. After which politics has heated up. Deputy Chief Minister Arun Sao has given a statement on Supriya’s statement. He said that this vile statement of the Congress Party is an attack on democracy, an attack on the morale and valor of the security forces and an attack on the people of Chhattisgarh and Bastar. Congress, which considers Naxalites as martyrs, has worked with this mentality in Bastar for 5 years.
Let us tell you that on Tuesday, 29 Naxalites were killed in an encounter between police and BSF in Kanker. Congress national spokesperson Supriya Shrinet gave a controversial statement on this encounter. Supriya Shrinet was questioned in the context of Naxalite encounter and Bhupesh Baghel’s statement. To which he said that there should be no politics on this, I think there should be a thorough investigation and we have our condolences to all those who were martyred, some of our security personnel were also injured. There is no question of politics in this.
