The Supreme Court has made a critical decision in the Chhattisgarh Nan scam, revoking the anticipatory bail of former IAS officers Anil Tuteja and Alok Shukla. This ruling clears the path for the state government to arrest the officers without legal hurdles. Additionally, the Supreme Court heard cases related to the excise scam, clarifying that the excise scams in Chhattisgarh and Uttar Pradesh are not of the same nature. Consequently, the court dismissed all petitions in this regard.
