According to the information, the mental state of accused Ramprasad Nag (35 years), a resident of Chhatasarai, was not good and there was a dispute with his brother. At the same time, the victim’s family and some people of the village say that he killed the 3 -year -old daughter (Khushi) of his younger brother Rajaram Nag due to superstition.
The villagers say that the person who has come in contact with the accused or promoting superstitions must have encouraged him to give him a sacrifice. Due to this, he killed his own brother’s innocent daughter.
