The incident took place in the Sarkanda police station area within Rajkishore Nagar. Sanskar Singh, the nephew of Congress leader Ajay Singh, was a student at Bhopal, pursuing his MBBS degree. He was in town for the Navratri and Dussehra holidays when he shot himself this morning with a licensed pistol.
