    Abhishek Mishra, Dhamtari. Collector Namrata Gandhi has entrusted the responsibility of inspection to all the officers to monitor the teaching system of all schools operating in the district and the presence of teachers. In this sequence, today Additional Collector Rita Yadav conducted a surprise inspection of Dr. Shobharam Dewangan Government Higher Secondary School. She reached the school premises at 10 am and inquired about the teachers working in the school and their presence. During this period, 13 teacher-office staff were not present in the school at the scheduled time.

    During the inspection, Principal in -charge Poonam Pandey, Lecturer Manoj Sahu, Pradeep Sharma, Trupti Jachak, Kamlesh Kumar Sahu, Lecturer LB Ranjana Sahu, Bharti Thakur, Jyoti Sonkar, Assistant Teacher Khomeshwari, Kumari Neha Verma, Kumari Neha Verma, Assistant Grade 02 Anand Thakur, Assistant Grade 03 Saroj Gurupanchayan and Principal Subhadra Kashyap were absent. On the instructions of the Collector, the absence of show cause notice has been issued to all teachers and staff employees.

    It is noteworthy that the state government has been scheduled by the state government from 10 am to 5.30 pm by the state government. Similarly, teachers have been instructed to reach the schools on time according to the shifts prescribed in schools. The absence of teachers and other offices staff at the prescribed time at Dr. Shabharam Dewangan School provided adverse effects on the reading of students, as well as the operation of other education related tasks have also been delayed. On this basis, absent teachers and employees have been issued a show cause notice and instructions have been given to present the reply within three days.
