Son of retired DGP of Chhattisgarh cut his throat with a blade, died before reaching hospital, hence took suicidal step

Shabbir Ahmed, Bhopal. Tushar, son of retired Director General of Police (DGP) of Chhattisgarh Mohan Shukla, committed suicide by slitting his throat. He took this suicidal step at his residence in Kamla Nagar of the capital. After which the family members immediately took him to the hospital, but he stopped breathing halfway.

According to the information, family members were present at home. Tushar was sitting on the terrace. During this, he first cut the vein of his hand with a blade. After this he cut his throat. Seeing this scene, the ground slipped beneath the feet of the family members.

The family saw that Tushar was soaked in blood and had serious injuries on his hands and neck. He was immediately taken to the hospital, but the doctors declared him dead.

Tushar was in depression for about two years. He was also undergoing treatment. But meanwhile he ended his life. The family is in mourning due to his death.
