Double Murder Case: Ambikapur. A case of double murder has come to light in Ambikapur district of Chhattisgarh. Here the eccentric husband brutally murdered his wife and a person in a character doubt. The police have arrested the accused husband Manoj Manjhi. The case is of Kamleshwarpur police station area.
In fact, when the accused Manoj returned home on the evening of April 4, he became furious after seeing his wife Phulkunwar and Laxman Manjhi present there. When the accused deepened the suspicion of having an illicit relationship between the two, he lost his temper and made a fatal attack on both of them with a leg. Both died in the attack.
Significantly, in fact, Manoj Manjhi had a second marriage to Phulkunwar Manjhi after the death of his first wife. Laxman Manjhi was the uncle of the first wife. Manoj suspected that there was an illicit relationship between Laxman Manjhi and his second wife Phulkuwaner Manjhi. In this suspicion, accused Manoj killed both.
Police arrested accused
The police started investigation by registering crime against Manoj Manjhi in this case under other sections including murder. Meanwhile, information was received from the informer that the accused of the murder was roaming in the village. Police reached the spot and arrested the accused Manoj Manjhi. Also seized the leg used in the incident. The accused was produced in the court and sent to jail.
