A teacher has been arrested in connection with the murder of his second wife. The incident involved a sharp weapon used to slit the victim’s throat. Authorities have taken the body for post-mortem. The events unfolded when the victim, Sundari Usendi, was traveling with her daughter. Her husband, Rupsingh Usendi, and his brother intercepted them. After a violent confrontation, the victim was killed. Her daughter was told to flee. The victim was the second wife of the teacher. She leaves behind a daughter and a son.

Adding to the complexity of the case, the accused has four wives. It is reported that the teacher had been involved with another woman, which led to disputes with the victim. Prior to the murder, the victim had filed a complaint of harassment, and the court had ordered the husband to pay monthly maintenance. The dispute over the affair and the financial obligations are believed to be contributing factors in the murder.
