    According to the information, one and a half months before the retirement of SK Kshatri, resident of Raipur, who was posted as Inspector (M), Raipur Superintendent of Police issued a recovery order and sought consent to them. Enraged by the recovery order, Inspector Kshatri had filed a petition in the High Court through advocate Abhishek Pandey and PS Nikita challenging the recovery order.

    Advocate Abhishek Pandey presented the argument before the High Court that while referring to the judiciary of the Chhattisgarh High Court with the Supreme Court, he said that one year before the retirement of any government officer / employee or after retirement, any more payment was made. Recovery cannot be done.

    The High Court accepted the petition on the basis of the judges passed by the Supreme Court and canceled the recovery order issued against the petitioner Inspector Kshatri and directed the Raipur SP to immediately pay all the retirement bills stopped with the amount recovered from the petitioner. .
