Regional youth will serve as doctor in Supebeda: Rishikesh Kashyap of Sargiguda has been appointed as Medical Officer

Purushottam Patra, Gariaband. Supebeda of the district is now going to get the services of a regional young doctor. Rishikesh Kashyap, a resident of Sargiguda of Mainpur block, has been appointed to the post of medical officer by the National Rural Health Mission (NRHM). In a conference today, Chief Minister Vishnu Dev Sai had suggested that doctors should also be brought from Delhi. Immediately after this, the order for the appointment of Rishikesh Kashyap was issued.

NRHM Director Dr Jagdish Sonkar handed over the appointment letter to Rishikesh Kashyap as medical officer at Supebeda Primary Health Center. With this appointment, Supebeda now has two medical officers. Earlier Dr Gaurav Thakur was appointed on a two-year bond, who can be transferred after completion of two years. After the new appointment, Supebeda has got a permanent medical officer.

Let us tell you that Rishikesh has done his medical studies from Stanley Medical College, which is among the top ten colleges in the country and his father is the Principal of Amlipar Higher Secondary School.

It is noteworthy that in a conference of collectors from across the state held in the capital today, Chief Minister Vishnu Dev Sai had said that doctors should also be brought from Delhi for Supebeda. Since the formation of the Sai government, the administration has made continuous efforts for posting a nephrologist and has also offered a salary of 7 to 10 lakh rupees, but till now no specialist is ready to come to this place.
