The cultural landscape of Chhattisgarh is set for a massive transformation as the Raipur Literature Festival 2026 prepares to open its doors from January 23 to 25. Held at the picturesque Purkhouti Muktangan in Nava Raipur Atal Nagar, this three-day extravaganza aims to project the state’s rich literary and intellectual heritage onto the national stage. Prominent figures including director Anurag Basu and veteran actor Nitish Bharadwaj are confirmed to participate. One of the primary highlights will be a special performance of the play ‘Chanakya’ by renowned actor Manoj Joshi on the opening night, showcasing a blend of cinema and theatre.
