During interrogation of the accused, it was revealed that both of them had a love marriage. Coming from Pithora, he worked as a laborer in the complex and lived in the labor quarter.
Before Diwali, on the night of Diwali, on 31st October, there was a dispute between the two regarding the money for wages, then Rameshwar killed Sunita by hitting her on the head with a hammer. After this, he buried the body under the debris and ran away. Even the laborers working together did not know both of them. According to Rajendranagar police, the body was recovered on November 9 on the information of complex manager Vijay Tiwari. The police had to struggle a lot to identify the deceased. After Diwali, when the workers returned to work in the complex, the dead body was seen but no one recognized the deceased. After this, Sunita Dhruv’s family members met in Pithora. Then it came to light that Sunita had married a married man, Rameshwar Dewan, after falling in love with him. Rameshwar, a resident of Baler Pithora, was married and had children. He took Sunita away and brought her to Raipur and both of them were working as laborers here.
