Raipur. This government is going to do big work like the previous government of Dr. Raman Singh. There is a plan to develop a new Vihar in Nava Raipur on the lines of Kamal Vihar. For this, more than 1100 acres of land will be taken from about half a dozen villages. The people whose land will be taken will be given 30-40 per cent developed plots in return and the remaining land will be sold to the common people.
According to the information, land will also be reserved for residential, commercial, medical and education in the new Vihar. Needy people and organizations will be able to purchase land as per their needs. The scheme will be developed according to the master plan of Nava Raipur. A notification in this regard has been issued in the Gazette.
The authority prepared the draft
Nava Raipur Atal Urban Development Authority has prepared the draft. It will have all the facilities that should be there in the new city. There will be facilities including underground electricity wires, sewerage plant, wide roads, Wi-Fi, supply of LPG to homes through pipelines.
Will include these villages
Work will be done under the master plan in half a dozen villages. For this new Vihar, land of Baraunda, Ramchandi, Rico, Modar Hasaud, Arang, Serikhedi and Nakti villages will be taken. All the people whose land will be taken will be given development plots.
