    On a two-day visit to Jagdalpur, Union Home Minister Amit Shah participated in the release of the 20th installment of the Mahtari Vandan Yojana at Lalbagh Maidan. He expressed appreciation for the public’s attendance despite the rain and referenced the renowned Bastar Dussehra festival. Following a visit to the Danteshwari Mai temple, Shah declared his commitment, on behalf of the government, to eliminate Naxalism in Bastar by March 31, 2026. He urged those involved in armed conflict to consider the government’s surrender policy and spoke of the Bastar Olympic initiative.
