    The monsoon’s impact varies greatly across India, with some states experiencing heavy rainfall while others suffer from extreme heat and humidity. The weather department has issued alerts for widespread rainfall, accompanied by strong winds and the possibility of thunderstorms. Delhi, the capital, may see rainfall today, with cloudy conditions and light to moderate rain expected in the coming days.

    Uttar Pradesh is under a heavy rainfall alert, affecting 36 districts. Haryana, Himachal Pradesh, and eastern Rajasthan are also expected to receive heavy rainfall. Western Rajasthan and Jammu and Kashmir are likely to experience rain. The forecast for Uttar Pradesh indicates rainfall until July 2. The districts of Sonbhadra, Mirzapur, Chandauli, Varanasi, Sant Ravidas Nagar, Jaunpur, Ghazipur, Azamgarh, Mau, Ballia, Deoria, Gorakhpur, Sant Kabir Nagar, Basti, Kushinagar, Maharajganj, Siddharthnagar, Gonda, Sitapur, Ambedkar Nagar, Baghpat, Meerut, Amroha, Moradabad, Rampur, Bareilly, Pilibhit, Shahjahanpur, Balrampur, Shravasti, Bahraich, Lakhimpur Kheri, Saharanpur, Shamli, Muzaffarnagar, and Bijnor are included in the alert.

    Heavy rainfall is anticipated in Uttarakhand until June 30th. Punjab is forecast to experience rain today and tomorrow. Heavy rainfall is expected in Madhya Pradesh, Chhattisgarh, Odisha, and Jharkhand until July 2nd. West Bengal, Sikkim, and Bihar may see rainfall until June 30. East Madhya Pradesh could face heavy rainfall on June 30th and July 1st, while West Madhya Pradesh is predicted to experience very heavy rainfall on July 1st and 2nd.
