Raipur January 3, 2026/Chief Minister Mr. Vishnu Deo Sai has said that faith, development, and security are the new direction of Bastar, where peace, not violence, has now become the only option.

Chief Minister Mr. Vishnu Deo Sai said that decisive success has been achieved in the anti-Naxal operation conducted by security forces in Bijapur and Sukma districts of Bastar division, in which 14 Maoists have been neutralized.

Chief Minister Mr. Sai said that due to the precise strategy of the security forces, sustained pressure, and strong ground presence, the Maoist network is rapidly weakening. He said that Bastar is now moving forward with new opportunities for development, investment, education, health, and employment. This transformation is the result of the guidance of Prime Minister Mr. Narendra Modi, the leadership of Union Home Minister Mr. Amit Shah, the indomitable bravery and commitment of the security forces, a sensitive rehabilitation policy, and the unwavering faith of the people of Bastar.

The Chief Minister saluted the valor of the security forces and congratulated all the jawans involved in the operation.

Chief Minister Mr. Sai said that those who are still choosing the path of violence should surrender, join the mainstream, take advantage of the government’s rehabilitation policy, and live a life of dignity. Otherwise, the state government and security forces are fully capable and committed to fulfilling their duties in accordance with the law and the constitution.

Chief Minister Mr. Sai said that the dark night of Naxalism in Chhattisgarh is now in its final phase, and a permanent dawn of peace, faith, and development is ensured in Bastar.
