At the same time, Health Minister Shyambihari Jaiswal has retaliated the statement of PCC Chief Deepak Badge. He said that in this case, Health Minister Shyam Bihari Jaiswal retaliated and said that no matter how powerful a person is, there is no one greater than the law.

The PCC Chief Badge questioned the government and said that why is the government not stopping Mahadev Satta? Mahadev is filling the pocket from the minister to the leader. Therefore, they are not taking action.
Let me tell you, CBI has made former CM Baghel an accused in the Mahadev Satta app case. An FIR has been registered against him in this case, in which Bhupesh Baghel is named as the sixth accused. A case has been registered against a total of 21 people, including the promoters of Mahadev app Saurabh Chandrakar and Ravi Uppal.
What is Mahadev Satta app case?
Mahadev Satta app is designed for betting. Users play live games named Poker, Card Game, Chance Games on this. Illegal betting is also imposed in sports like cricket, badminton, tennis, football and election through the app. The app spread rapidly through an illegal betting network. Most of the accounts were opened in Chhattisgarh.
At the beginning of the case, the Economic Offenses Investigation Branch (EOW) lodged an FIR on the basis of the Enforcement Directorate (ED) report. Later, the state government handed over the case to the CBI, so that the investigation could be done on a large scale and the role of senior officials and other accused in it can be clear. The CBI registered a case against a total of 21 people in this case and raided various locations including the former CM’s residence, in which large quantities of digital and documentary evidence have been found. The seized documents include important records related to financial transactions. CBI investigation is still on, and new revelations are likely to happen in the coming days.
