Raipur News: Like the Mahakal Corridor, the Shiva temple of the historic Mahadev Ghat and the river that leads to the Raipura bridge right behind the temple, similarly, leaving Muktidham, leaving Muktidham towards Bhatagaon bypass road, where there are Aju-Baju shops, that area will also be arranged. The second phase of this will develop the Department of Irrigation and Tourism. MLA from West Assembly constituency Rajesh Munat said that preparations for this corridor were going on for a long time. The government accepted the importance of Mahadev Ghat and released the amount by approved towards developing it as a new tourist destination. After this, a proposal for a double lane road has also been prepared towards Chandnidih in front of Tatibandh via Visarjan Kund. On this too, the Public Works Department (PWD) will conduct a survey from next month. Mr. Munat said that more than half of the traffic will be diverted due to the construction of this road. It will be easy for the people to visit Bhatagaon, Raipura and the surrounding rural areas towards Bhilai-Durg. With the construction of this road, we will work to carry forward the business of such fruits by planting seasonal fruit trees in terms of environmental protection. (Mahadev ghat corridor)
Arrangement will start from Chowk
The work of Mahadev Ghat project will start from the road leading towards the bridge from where the bridge goes directly towards the bridge, from the road leading to this temple. After this, about 50 to 100 meters of the road leading to Brahmavida School will also be included in the project.
Shops around the temple will be organized
Regarding this project, officials said that shops around the temple will also be organized under the Mahadev Ghat Corridor scheme. Instead of removing these shops from there, we will work towards making attractive arrangements for them. Due to this, the nature of the temple which does not see from far away, people will be seen clearly from the road.
