The police administration in Janjgir-Champa district has initiated a reshuffle, with the transfer of several Sub-Inspectors (SI) and Assistant Sub-Inspectors (ASI). Superintendent of Police Vijay Kumar Pandey issued the transfer orders on Friday, detailing the reassignment of these officers. The transfers affect a number of officers, including one Sub-Inspector and four Assistant Sub-Inspectors, all of whom are being moved to new postings within the district. The specific officers transferred are Sub-Inspector Bhawani Singh Chauhan, who will take up a new role at the Janjgir police station, and Assistant Sub-Inspector Jayanandan Kumar Marble, who is assigned to the Bamhni-Deh police station. Additionally, Assistant Sub-Inspector Sunil Kumar Tagore has been transferred to the Baloda police station, while Assistant Sub-Inspector Mohammad Mubeen Sheikh will be stationed at the Akaltara police station. This action is part of a broader initiative to mobilize officers who were previously assigned to line duties. The order issued by the SP, which includes the complete details of the transfers, is now available.
