Judicial residential colony becomes an example for the state: Chief Justice Sinha

Raipur. Chhattisgarh High Court Chief Justice Justice Ramesh Sinha performed virtual bhumi pujan and laid the foundation stone of a residential colony for judicial officers and employees in Korba district. On this occasion, he said that a well-equipped residential colony for the judicial officers and employees in any district is encouraging and infuses new energy, which increases their efficiency and effectiveness. The new colony of the district should be such that it will become the best for the judicial officers and employees of the state. Be an example for him.

Chief Justice Sinha congratulated the judicial officers and employees for the construction of residential houses and said that work is being done to provide infrastructure to the courts and initiatives for this have also been started. He said that we have to provide a better working environment in the courts of the state. This project is an important step towards providing housing for judicial officers and employees. So that one does not have to face any kind of difficulties in getting accommodation. He directed the officers and engineers of the concerned department to complete this project with full quality and within the stipulated time frame. Chief Justice Sinha also asked the judicial officers to continuously monitor the project to ensure the quality of the construction work.

Chhattisgarh High Court and Portfolio Judge Gautam Bhaduri also addressed the program of Bhoomi Pujan and foundation stone and said that housing is a basic need of human being. During the inspection of all the districts by the Chief Justice, it was found that there is shortage of housing in the district courts. If judicial officers and employees are provided with accommodation with all the facilities, they will be efficient in their work and will do the best work promptly without any mental pressure. With continuous efforts from Bharat Sanchar Nigam Limited and Public Works Department, the Bhoomi Pujan and foundation stone work of the residential colony was successfully completed in virtual mode.

It is noteworthy that for judicial officers and employees, residential complex has been constructed in Judicial Residential Complex in Rampur Korba and residential colony has been constructed in Katghora. Chief Justice of Chhattisgarh High Court Ramesh Sinha and Justice Gautam Bhaduri, Portfolio Judge Korba laid the foundation stone by connecting through video conferencing. On this occasion, District and Sessions Judge Satyendra Kumar Sahu welcomed the Chief Justice and Portfolio Judge to give the gift of a new well-equipped residential colony to Korba district.

Seema Pratap Chandra, Satyanand Prasad, Pratiksha Agarwal, Richa Yadav, Ku. Dimple, Secretary District Legal Services Authority Korba, Vice President of District Advocates Association Korba Anish Saxena, Secretary Nutan Singh Thakur, Advocates Amarnath Kaushik, Mansingh Yadav, Meenu Trivedi, Administrative Officer P.K. Dewangan, Court Deputy Superintendent, Anil Kumar Patel, Accountant and officers and employees of District Court Korba along with Special Judge Shraddha Shukla Sharma, Madhu Tiwari, Jitendra Kumar Singh, Ku.
