Upon notification of the event, the SDRF team swiftly responded and launched a rescue operation. The victims have been identified by the police as Sandeep Nag, 5, and Jay Shree, 6. After a prolonged search, the team successfully recovered the bodies of the children from the water. The bodies were then sent to the Medical College in Jagdalpur for a post-mortem.
