As per the order of the Urban Administration and Development Department of the Chhattisgarh Government, the Health Department of Raipur Municipal Corporation has issued an order to keep the slaughterhouse and all meat selling shops located in the entire area of Raipur Municipal Corporation closed on Saturday, June 22.
On Kabir Jayanti, Saturday, 22nd June, if any shop is found selling meat, action will be taken to confiscate the meat and appropriate action will also be taken against the concerned person.
On Kabir Jayanti, June 22, all the zone health officers and zone sanitation inspectors of Raipur Municipal Corporation will continuously supervise the sale of meat in their respective zone areas.
