Home Minister Amit Shah Applauds Security Forces’ Role in Combating Naxalism

Amit Shah, the Union Home Minister, addressed security forces in Nava Raipur, Chhattisgarh, recognizing their valor and sacrifice in the fight against Naxalism. He mentioned the Central Security Forces, Cobra team, Chhattisgarh Police Force, and DRG. He expressed his belief that the forces would successfully achieve their goals against the Naxalites. Shah expressed his confidence in eliminating Naxalism by March 31, 2026. He stated that Naxalism had resulted in the loss of lives, and prevented access to necessities for the tribal communities over the last 35 years. Shah also highlighted the government’s efforts to incorporate these regions into the mainstream through access to essential services. A book shedding light on the atrocities by the Naxals was also launched by Amit Shah.
