Raipur, August 18, 2025/ Governor and Chancellor of Universities, Shri Ramen Deka, has congratulated Pandit Ravishankar Shukla University, Raipur for receiving A Plus grade by NAAC.
Today at Raj Bhavan, Vice-Chancellor of Ravishankar Shukla University, Raipur, Professor Sachchidanand Shukla, met the Governor and handed over the letter of receiving A Plus grade by NAAC to the university. The Governor, calling it a matter of joy for the entire state, said that other government universities of the state will also get inspiration from this and they will improve the quality and get excellent grading.
It is noteworthy that Ravishankar University is the first government university in the state to be awarded A Plus grade in the category of general university. Governor Shri Deka has regularly held review meetings of government universities in the past one year and encouraged them to improve quality and participate in the NAAC grading process. Due to his guidance and cooperation, Ravishankar University has achieved this achievement, for which the Vice-Chancellor of the University has expressed his gratitude to the Governor.
On this occasion, Professor R. P. Parganiha, Director of the Internal Quality Assurance Cell (IQAC) of the university and Registrar Professor Ambar Vyas were present.
