Today, around 1000 devotees from all the yoga centers of Indian Yoga Institute, Raipur together celebrated Yoga Day with great enthusiasm at BTI Ground, Shankar Nagar. Bhajans, yoga songs and Saraswati Vandana kept everyone engaged. Mukesh Soni and Riya Fatnani gave excellent practice of Asana Tadasana, Konasana, Dhanurasana, Sarpasana, Shalabhasana, Naukasana which are beneficial in influencing and healing the body parts. Pranayama and meditation were conducted by Geetanjali Bagh and Rajesh Daga. The laughter exercise of Om Aggarwal, the youngest seeker of the institute, filled everyone with enthusiasm. At the end of the program, spectacular dance and inspirational yoga dance on the upcoming Navratri by the seekers of Shiv Sai Hanuman Temple Center and Oxygen Center infused energy into everyone. Finally the program concluded with the national anthem and refreshments.
