A major road accident in Chhattisgarh’s Kabirdham district on Sunday resulted in five fatalities and five injuries. The accident occurred when an SUV, specifically a Bolero, collided with a truck near Akalgharia village. The deceased included three women, one man, and a minor girl. The victims were from West Bengal and were traveling to Bilaspur to catch a train to Kolkata after visiting Kanha National Park in Madhya Pradesh. The injured were taken to local hospitals for treatment, with some being transferred to Raipur for specialized care.
