At the instance of 73rd Republic Day on twenty sixth January, Leader Minister Shri Bhupesh Baghel to order 10 % land for OBCs in business spaces and 10 % price of land top class price to advertise entrepreneurship amongst OBC electorate. And in compliance of the announcement of offering 1 % land hire, a notification has been issued by means of the state executive amending the “Business Coverage-2019-24”.
In line with the notification issued by means of the Ministry of Trade and Trade from Mahanadi Bhawan, the Division of Industries within the business spaces of the state and Chhattisgarh State Business Construction Company Ltd. to determine trade and repair enterprises in the entire business spaces to advertise entrepreneurship among the electorate of different backward categories. For this class, 10 (ten) % land blocks can be reserved, which can be made to be had at 10 (ten) % price of land rate of interest and 1 (one) % land hire.
The duration of reservation can be for 2 years from the appointed date or the date of status quo of the economic house, whichever is later. The volume of plot-land can be as in line with the eligibility regulations and provisions discussed in “Chhattisgarh Business Land and Development Control Laws-2015”. Those amendments might be deemed to have come into pressure from the date of factor of this notification.
