ED Arrests Former CMO OSD in CGPSC Paper Leak Case

Raipur, September 14, 2026 – The Enforcement Directorate (ED) has arrested Chetan Borgharia, former OSD to the Chief Minister's Office, in connection with the CGPSC exam fraud and money laundering investigation. Borgharia, who also served as Additional Collector of Balrampur-Ramanaganj, was detained under the PMLA and produced before a special court in Raipur, which granted a six-day remand to the agency.
