Following an incident at the Central Jail Raipur, Shoaib Dheber has been banned from all types of visits for three months. The restriction was imposed because Shoaib Dheber entered the visitation room without permission from jail authorities, disrupting official work. The Jail Superintendent of Raipur’s order indicates that Shoaib Dheber breached protocols by entering during a lawyer’s visit despite being denied access. This intrusion compromised the security and operational efficiency of the jail. An investigation by Deputy Jail Superintendent M.N. Pradhan concluded that Shoaib Dheber had indeed interfered with official duties. As a consequence, and pursuant to Rule 690 of the Jail Manual, the Jail Superintendent of Central Jail Raipur has issued the ban. Jail officials have stated that they will not tolerate actions that jeopardize the safety and order within the jail, and that further steps will be taken to prevent future occurrences.
