The caller threatened to kidnap the daughter of Manju Pandey, Deputy Registrar of Cooperatives. Pandey immediately informed the SSP and Sakri TI Pradeep Arya. A case has been registered under relevant sections. Pandey found it strange that the threat involved someone else’s daughter. The police are now investigating the matter.
