Leader Minister Mr. Bhupesh Baghel lately had a courtesy assembly with more than a few social delegations at Circuit Space Raigarh. All over this, Leader Minister Mr. Baghel launched a booklet ‘Kela Maiyya’ in keeping with the conservation of Kelo river, which is thought of as to be the lifeline of Raigarh.
