    Nitin Namdev, Raipur. Congress MLA Devendra Yadav has got bail from the Supreme Court. Devendra Yadav, who has been imprisoned in Raipur Central Jail in the Balodabazar fire case for the past seven months, will be released on Friday of the court.     In fact, on the intervening night of 15 and 16 May 2024, some anti -social elements vandalized Jaitkham of the religious place of Satnami society in Girodhpuri Dham. While taking action in the case, the police arrested three accused. Dissatisfied with the police action, the people of the society were demanding a judicial inquiry into the case. After which Home Minister Vijay Sharma announced a judicial inquiry.

    Meanwhile, on June 10, thousands of people gathered with the collectorate to protest against the sabotage in Jaitkham. The protest became violent after a fierce commotion. The miscreants set the Collector and SP office on fire. In this incident of arson, government properties had suffered a huge loss of Rs 12.53 crore. The administration took action in the case and arrested 187 people in 43 cases.

    In this incident of arson, Congress MLA Devendra Yadav from Bhilai assembly constituency has been made the main accused. The Balodabazar police had prepared a 449 -page detailed indictment and presented it in the court against him, in which Devendra Yadav has been charged with violence, rioting, damaging government property and other serious allegations. In the case, Balodabazar police arrested Devendra Yadav from a residence in Bhilai on August 17.

    Bhima Army will surround CM House today

    The Bhima Army will surround the Chief Minister’s residence today regarding Balodabazar arson. Bhim Army founder Chandrashekhar Azad and national president Vinay Ratan Singh will address the gathering at the first outdoor stadium at 11.30 am in the protest, after which CM will travel towards residence. The administration has deployed hundreds of police forces from the outdoor stadium to the CM residence due to the siege and hundreds of police forces have been deployed.
