    Raipur October 19, 2025/Chief Minister Shri Vishnudeo Sai extended his warm greetings to the people of the state on Diwali and Govardhan Puja, stating that the festival of Diwali is a symbol of light, truth, and harmony. He said that this holy festival of Diwali is a symbol of the victory of light over darkness, truth over falsehood, and positivity over negativity. He said that this festival of lamps brings new energy, new consciousness, and hope into our lives. The Chief Minister appealed to all citizens to celebrate Diwali with a spirit of self-reliance, keeping environmental protection in mind, and to spread the message of love and harmony in society by participating in each other’s joys and sorrows.

    Extending greetings on Govardhan Puja, Chief Minister Shri Sai said that this festival is a symbol of our reverence and gratitude towards nature, livestock, and the environment. He said that Govardhan Puja teaches us that the conservation of nature is the foundation of prosperity. The Chief Minister expressed his confidence that this holy occasion of Diwali and Govardhan Puja will bring a new light of happiness, prosperity, and development to the state of Chhattisgarh and spread joy, peace, and illumination in every home.
