    Raipur, August 25, 2025/ Chief Minister Shri Vishnu Dev Sai today visited the Chhattisgarh Pavilion established under the India Mandapam of World Expo 2025 being held in Osaka (Japan). Here, he observed the exhibition showcasing the state’s culture, traditions, and modern progress.

    It is noteworthy that on the inaugural day itself, more than 22 thousand visitors reached the Chhattisgarh Pavilion. People coming here were excited to see the unique glimpse of the state’s rich cultural heritage, tribal folk art, industry, and tourism.

    Chief Minister Shri Sai said that Chhattisgarh is emerging before the world today with its unique confluence of tradition and modernity. “Our identity is not limited to heritage and folk culture, but we are also rapidly moving forward in the direction of industry, innovation, and global cooperation.”

    In the pavilion, tribal art, weaving, handmade products, herbal items, and tourist destinations of Chhattisgarh have been attractively displayed. Along with this, special attention has also been given to the industrial capacity, investment opportunities, and future possibilities of the state.

    Visitors from Japan and other countries, while appreciating the Chhattisgarh Pavilion, especially praised the handicrafts and bamboo products, Bastar art, and performances based on folk music. This created a positive image of the state among the international audience.

    Chief Minister Shri Sai, while interacting intimately with the guests present in the pavilion, said that Chhattisgarh is fully prepared for investment and partnership. He invited the international community to join hands with the state and move towards a new direction of development.

    Chief Minister Shri Sai said that “Our participation in a global platform like World Expo sends the message that Chhattisgarh can become a strong center not only of India but also of global partnership.”

    On this occasion, the Chhattisgarh delegation also discussed with investors and representatives from various countries. These meetings, focused on industrial development, tourism promotion, and cultural exchange, opened up new opportunities for cooperation in the future.

    The grandeur of the Chhattisgarh Pavilion and the material displayed in it conveyed the message that the state is not only rich in the cultural heritage of the past but is also a future-ready hub of tomorrow. This visit of Chief Minister Shri Vishnu Dev Sai is a big step towards giving Chhattisgarh a new identity on the world stage.
