Raipur 06 October 2024/ Chief Minister Shri Vishnu Dev Sai encouraged the soldiers involved in the Naxal operation by sending sweets to his ministers. Deputy Chief Minister and Home Minister Shri Vijay Sharma, Agriculture Minister Shri Ramvichar Netam and Forest Minister Shri Kedar Kashyap encouraged the brave soldiers who carried out the biggest encounter of Chhattisgarh in Thulthuli area near Dantewada-Narayanpur border by offering sweets to them.
The ministers met the soldiers at Dantewada Police Line and praised all the police officers including IG P. Sundarraj, Narayanpur Dantewada SP, DRG, STF for their excellent work in Bastar and heard their experiences from the ASP who was leading the encounter and the women of DRG. Took information about the situation from the soldiers also.
While discussing with the soldiers, Home Minister Vijay Sharma said that I have come here to all of you with a greeting message from the country's Home Minister Shri Amit Shah and Chief Minister Shri Vishnu Dev Sai. I have come to give the sweets sent by Chief Minister Vishnu Dev Sai to you as a greeting. You all are the sons and daughters of Danteshwari Mai and after the work you have done, no one has any doubt that with the strength of your arms the Naxalite terror hovering in Bastar will soon end. The Home Minister assured the soldiers that the government is fully prepared to end Naxalism. The government will never allow any shortage of anything for development in Bastar. He appealed to the misguided youth of Bastar to return to the mainstream. Arrangements for their rehabilitation will be ensured.
Agriculture Minister Ram Vichar Netam said that any force that hinders the development of the state and the country will not be tolerated. Forest Minister Shri Kedar Kashyap said that arrangements like ration shops, health facilities, roads, electricity etc. are being ensured for the development of common settlements. With this, Bastar will move forward rapidly in the pace of development. On this occasion, a large number of people including former minister Mahesh Gagda, Dantewada MLA Chaitram Atami were present.
