    Chhattisgarh Schools to Observe 64 Days of Holiday in Upcoming Academic Year

    A comprehensive holiday schedule, totaling 64 days, has been released by the Chhattisgarh School Education Department. The order was officially issued by RP Verma, Under Secretary of the School Education Department. The schedule incorporates holidays for major festivals and the summer season. Dussehra will be marked by a six-day holiday, commencing on September 29, 2025, and concluding on October 4, 2025. Diwali will be celebrated with a six-day break, from October 20, 2025, to October 25, 2025. A six-day winter break is scheduled from December 22, 2025, to December 27, 2025. The extended summer vacation will cover 46 days, starting on May 1, 2026, and ending on June 15, 2026. The total duration of the holidays sums up to 64 days.
