Actually, Chhattisgarh Pradesh NHM Employees union have been struggling for 18 points including regularization for a long time. The previous government has N.H.M. An increase of 27 percent of the salary of personnel was announced. In this regard, the Contract Employees Union submitted a memorandum to the Chief Minister including the MLA, the minister, but could not be resolved till now.
State President Dr. Amit Miri informed that due to lack of concrete decisions for NHM employees in the budget session 2025-26, there is a big plan in the workers and the assembly can be siege again.
N.H.M. State President of Employees Union, Dr. Amit Mari, state media in -charge Puran Anand said that when there was a Congress government in the state, all the veteran leaders of BJP including Dr. Raman Singh, Arun Saw, Vijay Sharma, OP Chaudhary, Kedar Kashyap had come to support the demands of these NHM personnel. In the second budget of this government, these personnel were highly expected, giving relief to the demands of more than 16000 thousand NHM personnel in the budget, but nothing is contained for NHM personnel, due to which there is heavy resentment and disappointment among the employees.
