Chhattisgarh’s chief minister, Vishnu Deo Sai, touched down in Singapore on Monday as part of the Indian Ministry of External Affairs’ delegation to the inaugural SING Forum 2026. The event, organised by the Singapore Business Federation, offers a high‑profile platform for states to showcase development milestones, natural resource endowments and investment‑ready projects to a global audience of investors and industry leaders.
During the forum, the CM will take part in a CEO round‑table where he will engage directly with senior executives from Singaporean and international companies. Discussions are expected to focus on Chhattisgarh’s industrial policy reforms, infrastructure upgrades, skilled workforce and emerging sectors such as renewable energy, mining and agro‑processing.
The chief minister emphasized that the state’s priority is to secure a stronger foothold on the global investment map by highlighting its abundant natural resources, robust logistics network and new‑generation industrial corridors. He affirmed that the administration is committed to creating a business‑friendly environment that attracts high‑value foreign capital.
Vishnu Deo Sai’s participation is seen as a crucial step in positioning Chhattisgarh as a preferred investment destination in India, and an opportunity to forge strategic partnerships that can accelerate economic growth and job creation across the region.
