Chief Minister Vishnu Deo Sai expressed his serious concern over the Lutti Dam failure in Balrampur-Ramanuj Ganj district. He warned that negligence leading to similar incidents would not be excused. Sai pointed out that the failure stemmed from inadequate field inspections by the concerned officers and staff.
He mandated all officials and staff to conduct comprehensive field inspections of the dams and other constructions without any lapses.
