Raipur. A cabinet meeting will be held today at 11.30 am under the chairmanship of Chief Minister Vishnudev Sai. The cabinet meeting has been organized at the Ministry Mahanadi Bhawan. This meeting is going to be held after about a month, in which many important decisions can be taken including organizing Rajyotsav, beginning of paddy procurement, new industrial policy and rehabilitation policy to end Naxalism.
Organizing PM Vishwakarma program
Today, the program “PM Vishwakarma: One Year of Progress” is being organized. Prime Minister Narendra Modi will participate in this program virtually, while MP Brijmohan Agarwal will be present in the program. This event will be held at the Circuit House in Raipur at 10:30 am.
Deputy CM Arun Saw will return to the capital from his US tour
Deputy Chief Minister of the state Arun Saw will return to the capital Raipur from his US tour today. He will reach Swami Vivekanand Airport at 9:15 am. After this, he will attend the cabinet meeting at 11:30 am. Arun Saw and Public Works Department Secretary Dr. Kamalpreet Singh were on a study tour to America from September 10 on the invitation of the Asian Development Bank.
Congress announced Chhattisgarh bandh tomorrow, meeting today regarding preparations
Congress has announced Chhattisgarh Bandh on 21 September. State Congress President Deepak Baij has announced this. This bandh is being organized in protest against the increasing criminal incidents in the entire state including Kawardha. Deepak Baij announced Chhattisgarh Bandh during a press conference held in Kawardha. A Congress meeting will be held at Congress Bhawan, Gandhi Maidan at 4 pm today to prepare for the bandh. This meeting will be held under the leadership of State President Deepak Baij. Workers from the state and Raipur city will participate in the meeting.
Forms for appearing in board exams till September 30
Students appearing in the second main examination of class 10th and 12th of Chhattisgarh Board of Secondary Education (Mashim) can fill the form as regular or self-study candidate as per eligibility till 30 September with normal fee to appear in the first main examination to be held in March 2025. Candidates can submit the online form through the institution recognized by the Board.
CG TET Higher Primary result declared
Chhattisgarh Professional Examination Board (Vyapam) has declared the results of the examination conducted for teaching upper primary classes 6th to 8th under Chhattisgarh Teacher Eligibility Test (CG TET). The examination was conducted on 23rd June. After the said eligibility examination, model answers were issued and claims and objections were invited. The received claims and objections were resolved by subject experts. After which the examination result was prepared on the basis of the final answer and released on the Vyapam website. The candidates have been shown as eligible or ineligible in the examination result.
Today is the foundation day celebration of Pandit Ravishankar Shukla University
The foundation day of Pandit Ravishankar Shukla University is on 1 May, but the university management has organized the foundation day four and a half months later on 20 September. The 61st foundation day celebration will be held in the auditorium of Ravi Vishwavidyalaya from 11 am. The chief guest will be Governor Ramen Deka, special guest will be MP Brijmohan Agarwal and the chief guest will be the Vice Chancellor of North Eastern Hill University Shillong, Prof. P.S. Shukla. The Vice Chancellor, Prof. Sachchidanand Shukla will preside over the function.
