Raipur. During the Question Hour in the Assembly on Tuesday, former Chief Minister Bhupesh Baghel raised the question of using paddy and rice in addition to the lift. Former Chief Minister Bhupesh Baghel started his question in Kharif Year 2024- 25 by lifting paddy and depositing rice in the central bridge. On this, Food Minister Dayaldas Baghel said that a target is to deposit 69.72 lakh metric tonnes of rice, in return, 9 lakh metric tons of Jawal has been deposited so far.
Congress MLA Sangeeta Sinha raised the issue of paddy purchase on support price in Sanjari Balod. He said that 2 crore 22 lakh 500.48 tonnes of paddy has been purchased in my constituency on support price in 2024-25. How much is the target of purchasing paddy in 2024-25 in Sanjari Balod.
